Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We help you prepare a clear, complete application, but cannot guarantee an outcome.
How much does your service cost?
Each destination has a published service fee per traveller for the Essential and Concierge packages; Private is quoted individually. Groups and families get a discount for each extra traveller. Official application and third-party fees are separate.
Can you help with visas for my nanny?
Yes. We assess requirements and prepare applications for accompanying domestic workers, including eligible UK and Schengen travel. The correct route and requirements vary by destination and circumstances.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary by destination, appointment availability, season and individual circumstances. We explain the published guidance for your application and tell you the latest date to apply, but cannot control official processing times.
Do I need to visit an embassy or visa centre?
Some applications require biometrics, interviews or an in-person appointment. We'll explain what applies to your visa category and help you prepare.
Are embassy fees included?
No. Government, embassy and visa-centre fees are paid directly to those bodies and are listed separately from our service fee on every quote.
When do I pay?
You start for free. Once we've reviewed your details and your file is ready to go, we send a quote and you pay by card in the app or through a payment link.
Is my data safe?
Documents are uploaded over an encrypted connection, stored privately and only seen by the advisor on your file. You can delete them from your vault at any time.
